The Board of Directors of Peninsula Youth Orchestra is seeking a collaborative, organized, and mission-driven Interim Executive Director to provide operational leadership and administrative oversight during a transitional period for the organization. 

This interim role is intended to stabilize and support day-to-day operations while the Board conducts a thoughtful search for a permanent Executive Director. The Interim Executive Director will work closely with the Board, music director(s), staff, faculty, students, and families to ensure continuity of programming and organizational effectiveness throughout the upcoming season. 

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and skilled administrator who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic arts education environment.
