Executive Director, Santa Monica Symphony
The Santa Monica Symphony Association (SMS) seeks a dynamic and experienced Executive Director. The Executive Director (ED) serves as the chief administrative officer of the Santa Monica Symphony, overseeing all operational, financial and strategic aspects of the organization. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ED collaborates with the Board of Directors, the Music Director (since 2025-2026, Pola Benke), staff, musicians, guest conductors, donors, volunteers and key partners, to ensure the Symphony's artistic and financial success. This is primarily a remote, work-from-home, position, for which the SMS encourages applications from talented arts administrators based in the Los Angeles area.
