The Artistic & Production Manager supports the artistic vision and logistical execution of the New Century Chamber Orchestra’s rehearsals, performances, and special projects. This part-time position ensures the smooth functioning of artistic operations by managing production planning, overseeing performance logistics, and supervising production-related staff. Working closely with the Executive Director and Music Director, the Artistic & Production Manager ensures concerts and events run efficiently, safely, and within budget. The average workload is about 20 hours/week; during concert weeks workload will be closer to 50-60 hours, and about 15 hours during non-concert weeks.
