Symphony San Jose pays homage to some of the most iconic space film scores ever composed while exploring “the final frontier” with an electrifying concert that blends the magic of science fiction with the power of a live orchestra.

This once-in-a-galaxy program of adventure, nostalgia and cosmic wonder includes works from Danny Elfman’s Men in Black, Michael Giacchino’s Star Trek Into Darkness, James Horner’s Apollo 13, 2001: Richard Strauss’ A Space Odyssey, and unforgettable Oscar-winning music by John Williams including Star Wars and E.T. – The Extra-Terrestrial.
