Member organizations (Budget Groups 1-3) sending more than 5 paid delegates to conference on the full 3-day rate are eligible for a 10% discount off the registration price (additional ticketed events are not discounted).

Member organizations (All except budget groups 1-3) sending more than 3 paid delegates to conference on the full 3-day rate are eligible for a 10% discount off the registration price (additional ticketed events are not discounted).

**Student Registrations
Students with proof of current student status can attend the full 3-day conference for just $150. This special rate includes a 1-year ACSO student membership, valued at $30 and valid through September 30, 2026. Single-day student tickets may also be purchased at deeply discounted prices. Subject to availability. Contact conference@acso.org before you register to verify and provide proof of your student status and to receive a registration discount code.

***Complimentary Musician
Member orchestras with registered delegates may send one musician (who does not perform other administrative duties) free-of-charge. This offer covers three-day registration only; all ticketed events must be paid for in full. Please contact us at conference@acso.org to register. The deadline for musician registration is July 25th. On-site musician registrations will not be accepted.
